Ordering our products online is convenient and safe through our SSL secure server. We will contact you if we have any question about your order.
Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit card payments.
Order Processing Time
We will ship your order by Postal Service within 3 to 5 business day after order is received. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email, and you can either choose an alternative or cancel the item for a refund. We post our ongoing turnaround and shipping times on the web site.
Shipping Cost
Shipping within the US is a flat rate of $6.95.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $12 for up to six soaps or $25 for larger order. We will contact you to confirm the shipping cost.
Return Policy
All products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products within 30 days for exchange or in-store refund. Please email us to receive a Return Notification Number so that you will receive in-store refund the same day we receive the return item. Refunds are in-store credit that can be applied to a future purchase.
Canadian Orders
All international orders must be properly labeled and all items inside and their values correctly identified by us. Duty and/or sale taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada, the amount of duty and tax you owe will be shown on Form E-14, Customs Postal Import Form, which will be attached to your mail item. Please note that all mail items are subject to a $5 handling fee payable to Canada Post. These are costs that do not appear on our shopping cart as they will be charged directly to you by Canada Post.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Any damaged packages must be reported immediately to the carrier if possible and to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please keep the damaged box, we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier. SylvieL will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Allergic Reactions
We make our products with high quality ingredients, but skin sensitivity varies from person to person and a reaction may occur. Please read our ingredient labels carefully before use. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. SylvieL will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions from our products.
Variation of Color and Discoloration of Products
Our products are handcrafted and slight variations of color between bottles are normal. Fragrances that contain vanilla may cause your product to get a slight pink or light brown color after time. This discoloration is not harmful to the product or to you, but rather a natural reaction that happens with vanilla oils.
How to Care for your Products
Keep your products at room temperature (avoid extreme temperature like summer or winter days in the car). Keep water out of products used in the shower or the bath. Our packaging and formulations are chosen to help keep the freshness of your product but they are best used in the six months after purchase.
